This 122 page book was released via Omnibus Press in 1996. In this case the photos are better then the text. Has numerous mistakes and not a fan favourite. It's not an official release, in other words the band members had next to nothing to do with its release. It's been re-issued once or twice too. Look for it in bargain bins as it usually sells for a cheaper price.
