This is a really beautiful song, and the live version on Together In Concert
is a great version.

There are a couple of tabs of this available on various Bic and NZ music sites
but I don't feel that they've quite nailed down the song. Try this one and see
what you make of it.

To my ear there should be a D->Dm transition in the verses.
The coda ("...all because of you" bit) is just a repetition of the intro chords.
